The Joe’s, we are a family-run business all focused on different aspects of the business. As a small business, no task is too small or too big, it cannot be accomplished together. JoEll, “mom”, is the one who keeps the engine moving, she talks to sellers and buyers and in true mom fashion keeps us organized. Joey, “son”, is the operations manager who makes our work go smoothly. Running a virtual business means technical and software solutions are truly valuable, and this is Joey’s specialty along with many other talents. Honestly he can do it all and most likely will in the future so mom can retire. Then we have the last “Joe”, dad who is the motivation behind every business the family has owned and operated. Now you know why we are called “The Joe’s”… JoEll, Joey, Joe. And recently Joey married Cayze, she is our creative and does marketing.

There has not been a time our family has not worked together in some way or another. Mom and dad within the first year of meeting over 30 years ago started a hotel directory publishing company which took them all over Alaska, Washington and the west coast and then eventually landing in real estate in Washington state and to this day have worked together in most all ventures. Even so much Joey said, I cannot remember a time when our family was not entrepreneurial, and not surprisingly he has the same adventurous heart.

Enjoying and living life together is an important family value. We believe family that works, plays, and lives together, stays together. We moved our sites to land investing company because we wanted to be able to live out our values anywhere in the world and help others when in our power to do so.

Family is important, but how does one experience deep happiness without being generous to those in need? This is the foundation of why we do land investing. Giving back to charitable organizations is an honor and we receive great joy in seeing the fruit of our labor impact others lives in a transformational way for good. Every closing transaction has a portion given to a local charity to help families in need, Young Hearts Therapeutic Riding, Care Net and Tacoma Rescue Mission.
