How do I purchase property from The Joe’s?
Simple and easy is our motto here at The Joe’s. Once you have chosen the property, decide if you are a cash buyer or need seller financing, we email a purchase agreement via electronic signature. Next, everything goes to a local title company who completes the process and records the warranty deed in your name.
Are there any hidden fees when buying land from The Joe’s?
All the closing fees are disclosed and a complete breakdown from the title company is provided. The taxes and HOAs are prorated based on the date of closing so they are adjusted accordingly by the title company. No other fees are charged.
Are The Joe’s realtors?
We are land investors and buy and sell land in several states. We are not realtors, our way of selling is similar to a For Sale By Owner (FSBO), land is a very easy and simple transaction process and we have the expertise to take you through to your land ownership.

We specialize in certain states and if you are looking for a property in that specific county or region we will do our best to find what suits your plans.

Our white glove service guarantees you receive exactly what we promise. We strive to provide clear, step-by-step communication and transparency with the transaction. We use proven third party partners such as local title companies who are happy to answer your questions and serve you through the closing process. All funds are held at the title company in their escrow account until closing is complete.
